Be Happy - Rainbow leaves

Hi!

Sharing a CAS card using a very tiny stamp from a stamp set. Many a times we ignore the smaller stamps in a set, forgetting the fact that these are great for making backgrounds. I love using these on my cards. 

For this card, I have used the smaller leaf stamp from the Botanical love stamp set by Create a Smile. Though this time, I used it to create the focal image. 

Stamped the leaves and coloured with zig markers. I lightly drew a wavy line to connect all the leaves together. Stamped the sentiment. Popped up the panel on a Kraft card base. 

I didn't want the focus to shift from the image, so haven't used any embellishments.

Hi friends...

I recently bought my first stamp set called Mon Ami by CASual Fridays. 

And here's my first card using this set. 

When I saw the current challenge theme at CASual Fridays (stamp a pattern), I decided to put my new set to use. 

I took the smaller flower image and stamped it repeatedly on a white card using grey ink. Trimmed the panel and foam mounted it on a yellow card base. 

I stamped the larger image on a watercolour paper and colored using Zig markers. Fussy cut the image.

On a piece of vellum, I heat embossed the sentiment using black Embossing powder. 

Adhered it to the card base and added the floral image using liquid glue over the vellum.

Let's have Coffee!

Hello friends!

Today I am showcasing a CAS card for the ongoing Winter coffee lovers blog hop!

I have used the Gerda Steiner Coffee stamps for my card.

The Coffee Monster stamp set for the images and Coffeesaurus stamp set for the sentiment.

I stamped the images (Critter and cup) using Black Archival ink, coloured it with Zig clean brushes and an aqua pen & fussy cut the image. On a white card base, I distressed one corner using Peacock feathers DI. Adhered the critter image on it and the cup over the critter. I drew the horns on the critter to give a Christmassy/Wintery feel to my card. Lastly, stamped the sentiment on the card to complete it.
