Hello friend (Pretty pink posh)

Hi!
A pink floral card made with the Cherry Blossom stamp set by Pretty Pink Posh.
I just love this set and the wonderful floral images in it.

Here's my card!

I stamped all the images on a watercolour cardstock. Coloured the images with Zig clean markers and fussy cut them. On a white card, I stamped the sentiment. Arranged the images on the card panel creating layers in between using foam adhesive. Lastly, added a few dew drops.

Few more pictures!

Happy Birthday - Gatefold card

Hi everyone!
I have one 4"x4" gatefold card today on the blog.

I made this to link up with the current Inkspirational challenge, where the theme is to use a doily.
Here is my card!

I have used the MFT mandala die to make my card. I took a cardstock measuring 4"x8". Scoring at 2" from both the sides along the 8". I partially die-cut the 2" part on both the sides using the mandala/doily die. I took another coloured cardstock measuring 4"x8" and adhered it from inside. Glued the doily part on the coloured card. Die-cut a circle and stamped the sentiment on it. Adhered it to the right panel of the card. Added few sequins. Lastly, tied a string around the card to hold it closed.

Thinking of you (LB dt post #2)

Hello friends!
Sharing one more card using the floral watercolour embellishments by Little Birdie crafts.
Check out the entire collection here.

Here I have watercoloured one set.

My card using one of the above florals.

I partially embossed a white panel using an embossing folder. Stamped the sentiment on the part not embossed. Foam mounted this panel on a card base. Adhered a strip across the top separating the embossed part. Mounted the floral using additional foam tapes. Lastly, added a few clear drops.

Hope you loved my card!

The earth laughs in flowers (LB dt post)

Hello friends!
Today, I am sharing a card made using some pre-cut paper embellishments by Little Birdie Crafts. The unique thing about these is that they are white in colour (ready to be coloured) and are printed on a textured paper which allows water colouring. They are self-adhesive!
Here's a look at the watercoloured embellishments!

Once I coloured them all, it took me little time to convert them in cards.

Here's my card

I die-cut a rectangle from a pink chevron paper from the Aquarelle paper pack by Little Birdie. Adhered this to a white card base. Die cut a smaller rectangle, stamped the sentiment. Foam mounted a smaller rectangle in the center of the card. Mounted the florals using additional foam tapes. Lastly, added a few clear drops.

Happy birthday - For kids

Hi everyone!
Here's a quick card I made today for the challenge over at Create-a-smile blog. The theme for the challenge is For kids!

I made a 4"x4" notecard using the Cart full of treasures stamp set.

I have done some masking and stamping over here.
I stamped the image after masking of this hand holding the Cart. I also stamped the balloons from the other stamp by masking off the remaining part of it. Using Memento marker, I drew the balloon strings and completed the hand/ body part. Coloured and fussy cut the image.
On a water color paper, I drew the grass and stones. Coloured them. Stamped the sentiment and mounted the image.
Gave a light colour wash around the image to give it a little pop.
Matted this over a card base.
Added few clear drops.

Celebrate # Memories!

Hi friends!
I made this last minute card to enter in the Winnie and Walter rerun # 33 challenge.

I was inspired by both Gayatri's and Heather's cards. I love how in Gayatri's card, she has partially covered the focal image with the sentiment cutaway. Heather's CAS style card made me want to keep everything simple with just one focal corner.
Keeping both these ideas in my mind, I made my card.
For my card, I hand drew the camera image, coloured with Zig markers and fussy cut the image. I stamped the bold sentiment and drew a tiny hashtag to add a little fun element to my card. I also stamped the finer details like the click etc.  I diecut the sentiment twice in black paper and once in gold foiled paper. Stacked the black together and adhered the golden layer a little offset, so it gives a thin border around the diecut sentiment.
Adhered the image to a panel and then the sentiment overlapping the image a little bit.
Mounted this panel on a top folding card base.

Few more pictures.
