Here is my DT inspiration for the same.

I am using the digi "Valentine" for this card.

For this card, I printed the digital, coloured with zig markers and fussy cut the image. On a white card base, I created the background by using Worn Lipstick distress oxide through a stencil. Adhered the image on the card. Stamped the sentiment. Added few hearts around the sentiment. Lastly covered the balloons with glossy accents to add some popping effect.
