You make me smile - T4T

Hello people...
Sharing a couple of cards made using the newly released Butterflies stamp set by Time for Tea designs. Find the stamp set here.

Here are the two cards.
I have the same design for both the cards, just a different color combination.

For my cards, I coloured the images using Zig markers and fussy cut them all.
Taking a top folding card base, I cut off a small section of the card and covered it with a piece of vellum. Stamped the sentiment. Adhered all the images to create the scene.

Ink # 187

 Hello people...
A new challenge begins today over at Inkspirational challenges.

The theme is Designer's choice - Gold dipped.
It is such a versatile theme with so many interpretations.

Here is my card for the same.

I am using CAS-ual Fridays die to make this card. Die-cut it multiple times.
Layered two each to make it firm. Sponged some glue at the end. Sprinkled glitter over it.
On a card base, stamped the sentiment and added the die-cuts.

Do hop over the blog to see how the DTs have interpreted this theme.

Life begins after Coffee

 Hello friends...
I know I am currently on a roll with a lot of cards on my blog.
With vacations around, I am getting some extra time to get crafty.
Also with this super hot weather, one better be indoors crafting...right...?

Even in this hot weather, I still have Tea/Coffee on my mind.
So here's a quick Coffee card today.

For my card!!
I printed this Coffee mug, coloured and fussy cut it. I stamped the floral image, coloured and fussy cut it too. I took a top folding card base and rounded the edges at two corners. I took a pattern paper, rounded the two corners and adhered it to the card base. Foam mounted the coffee mug. Adhered the floral image to it. Added the strip of printed sentiment. I added two tiny banners and a few pearl drops to add some interest to the card.

Honey Bee mine

Hello everyone!
I am super excited to share this sneak peek of this new set by Time for Tea Designs scheduled to be released on Create and Craft Tv on the 6th May.

I am using the Bee Happy stamp set along with the Hexagon dies and stencils.

Here is my card using the above supplies.

On a card base, I stencilled the design using Squeezed lemonade distress oxide.
On a white card panel, I die-cut the hexagon using the largest die from the set. This die has curved edges. I stamped the sentiment on this panel.
Stamped the images and coloured using Zig markers.
Adhered the branch and the beehive directly on the card base over the stencilled portion. Foam mounted the die-cut panel over it.
Added the bee image on the top panel.
Added a few sequins to complete the card.

Hope you like my card.
Do not forget to check this new release on the Create and Craft TV on 6th May.

Inkspirational challenge # 186

Hello everyone!
It's Saturday and time for another game over at Inkspirational challenges.
This fortnight the theme is Word Prompt - Adventure.

Here is my card for the same

My card this time is super simple with just assembling of available things. I have used the Mixed media strips by Itsy Bitsy in various textures and materials to form the background. I adhered the strips of various lengths on a card base. I foam mounted the tag over the strips, tied a ribbon through it. Added the image stickers, added few pearl drops and lastly, stamped the sentiment.

Looking forward to your perceptions of the word prompt. Hop over the blog to check the various inspirations by my team-mates.

Let's have coffee

Hello everyone!
The Coffee Loving cardmakers Spring blog hop is live.
I just love participating in this challenge. Being a tea-lover, I cannot ignore this blog hop.
I always try to make a couple of cards for it.

Today, I am sharing my first card for the hop.
(That is hoping to find time to make more)

I have used the Watercolour embellishments by Itsy Bitsy craft store. These are pre-cut embellishments in watercolour paper. I coloured the image with Zig markers.
On a card base, I foam-mounted a pattern paper. Adhered a piece of circular vellum and mounted the image over it. Adhered the sentiment. Lastly, added few pearl drops to complete my card.
